Our Story
A Community that Connects the Dots
Co-Artistic Producer Bryanna Cuthill is an Afro-Latina performer, producer, writer, and proud Canadian based out of York City who started as a violinist at three, a pianist at five, and a theatre kid by seven (blame The Sound of Music)… and she hasn't stopped singing since.
Bryanna is thrilled to be part of The Dot and excited for its growth and continued support of artists and Canadians abroad.
When not in the theatre, you can find her reading (send her historical fiction and romance recs, please), whipping something up in the kitchen, asking to pet every dog she comes across,
trying the newest viral restaurant, sweating it out at hot yoga, or texting back and forth with Renée about crazy ideas, memes, and the struggles of adulting.
Founder/Co-Artistic Producer Renée Salewski was recently asked, "How do you describe yourself? Actor, singer, director, playwright/librettist, voice teacher, role coach, clinician, mentor, consultant, artistic producer?".
Her answer? She would say that those are all things she does; sometimes on the same day! If she were to describe herself though, she would say that she is a person who is passionate about coffee, the healing power of puppy cuddles, and creating / supporting artistic endeavours that optimise the human condition.
